What I Learned from the Movie "Guru" (2007) – A Simple Take by an MBA Student
Last night, I watched the movie Guru (2007) as part of our marketing assignment. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from an old Bollywood film, but by the end of it, I was both inspired and curious. The movie is based on the journey of a man named Gurukant Desai, played by Abhishek Bachchan, who rises from a small village to become a top business tycoon in India. Here are my simple takeaways and learnings from the movie: 1. Dream Big, Start Small Guru starts with nothing. No rich family. No MBA degree. But he has big dreams.
